Solar water heater SWS (With heat exchanger, 200 liters)
Solar water heater with a heat exchanger (solar collector) – a device for heating hot water with an internally installed pressure heat exchanger system and a non-pressure storage tank.
Stainless steel product. The heat exchanger and the inside of the water tank are made of stainless food grade steel SUS316L and SUS304-2B, the outside and frame of the device are made of stainless steel SUS201.
Volume. The volume of the water storage tank is 200 liters, which can produce up to 310 liters of hot water (50-90°C).
Easy to use. Suitable for installation both on the ground and on a horizontal or sloping roof. The water pressure is the same as the water pressure.
Note. Depending on the selected modification, the size (number of flasks) and color of the device may differ from the device shown in the picture.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
Vacuum glass flasks are filled with water - the sun's rays heat the water directly. The inner absorbent layer of the glass flask can heat up to 380 °C in sunlight, and the heat is turned on by vacuum. As the water warms up, it rises and is stored in the water tank above. Under favorable conditions, the water is heated to boiling point.
The water tank has good thermal insulation, so the accumulated heat is preserved for up to 72 hours. If it is cloudy for a while, the sun is scarce, you can use the reserve of warm water for several days in a row.
Scheme of the operation of the solar collector.
A solar water heater with a heat exchanger differs from other solar water heaters in that the water in the water tank is used as an energy / heat storage medium, but water that heats up by flowing through the heat exchanger is intended for use.
The water tank has a 20 meter long stainless steel heat exchanger that is in direct contact with the hot water in the tank. A water pipe is connected to one end of the heat exchanger. Water, flowing from the water pipe, comes into contact with the heated heat exchanger. While the water flows along the entire length of the heat exchanger, it instantly heats up to 45-90 °C and flows out at the other end of the heat exchanger.

INSTALLATION
The construction of the frame included in the device is universal, so the solar collector with heat exchanger can be installed on both horizontal and inclined roofs. It can also be mounted on a vertical surface (wall) using an additional frame.
CONNECTION TO WATER SUPPLY
The cold water must be connected to one side of the heat exchanger, and the hot water outlet to the other side.
Cold water must also be added to the mechanical water make-up tank (for water make-up due to evaporation). Water is replenished in a similar way to toilet tanks - when the water level drops (due to evaporation), the float opens the valve and the heater tank is filled with water.

USE IN WINTER
The vacuum glass flasks of the solar water heater with a heat exchanger also work in the cold season of the year, but the amount of energy absorbed is significantly less and insufficient for normal water use. If the device does not have a built-in electric heater or it is not possible to ensure a continuous power supply, in winter, the system must be disconnected, the water must be drained.
