The weight plate is made of cement and sand composite. From the outside, it is covered with a protective plastic layer that acts as a sound-insulating and shock-absorbing layer.

The composite plates have an embossed weight marking and a neck hole with a maximum diameter of 30 mm. They fit most necks on the market with a bar diameter up to 30mm.
